Curious Savings General Terms & Conditions

Buy any item(s) with the “Curious Savings” Badge(“Qualifying Products”) from www.DisneyStore.com.au (“Disney Store”) and save (“Promotion”). Unless otherwise expressly provided, the following terms and conditions shall apply to the Promotion:

  1. Promotion will be valid for the following period (“Promotion Period”):
    1. Australia: 23 March 2026, 8am AEDT until 29 March 2026, 11:59pm AEDT
    2. New Zealand: 23 March 2026, 10am NZDT until 30 March 2026, 1:59am NZDT
  2. Guests must add the Qualifying Products to the “My Bag” page to qualify for the Promotion. The Promotion will apply when guests spend the following minimum amounts in a single transaction and input the code “ALICE” at the “My Bag” page.
    1. Australia: Spend a minimum of $60 AUD and receive 20% off, or spend a minimum of $120 AUD and receive 30% off
    2. New Zealand: Spend a minimum of $70 NZD and receive 20% off, or spend a minimum of $130 NZD and receive 30% off
  3. Items that have been purchased as part of this Promotion may not be returned, except if faulty, defective, damaged or incorrectly sent.
  4. This Promotion can be enjoyed together with any purchase with purchase promotions in the same order.
  5. Unless otherwise expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions, this Promotion cannot be combined with any other promo codes, offers or discounts, except available shipping offers. Adjustments cannot be made and this Promotion cannot be applied to prior purchases.
  6. This Promotion can be voided or subject to restrictions and change without prior notice.
  7. All transactions, sales of goods, returns and refunds (and applicable consumer warranties in your country) on products purchased via DisneyStore.com.au and use of the DisneyStore.com.au website shall be subject to the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use respectively (and its applicable standard return policies) as set out on the www.DisneyStore.com.au website, and these Promotion terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use.
  8. In the event of any conflict between these terms and the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use, the Disney Store’s decision on which terms prevail shall be final and conclusive.
  9. Your participation in this Promotion shows that you have read and agreed to, and that you accept, these Terms and Conditions.
  10. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the same governing laws as the Disney Store Terms of Sale.
