GIFT VOUCHER / PROMOTION CODE TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions shall apply to all DisneyStore.com.au gift vouchers or promotion code received by guests at in-person events or partners’ marketing communications:

  1. Valid for the duration stated on the gift voucher or partners’ marketing communications or until promo codes last(“Validity Period”).
  2. The applicable discount shall be the discount amount stated on the gift voucher or partners’ marketing communications (“Discount”).
  3. This voucher can only be applied to any purchase of select, in-stock merchandise on DisneyStore.com.au for delivery to Australia (“Qualifying Products”). The Discount cannot be applied to the products in the excluded products list below.
  4. Guests would need to: (a) sign-up and log-in to their account on DisneyStore.com.au; and (b) key in the promo code set out on the gift voucher or partners’ marketing communications before checkout, in order for the Discount to apply to Qualifying Products added to basket at checkout.
  5. Each promo code is valid for a single use only and cannot be encashed.  
  6. This Discount cannot be combined with any other promo codes, vouchers, offers or discounts but may be combined with available shipping offers. Adjustments cannot be made and this Discount cannot be applied to prior purchases.  
  7. All delivery charges and the Free Delivery Offer Terms and Conditions shall continue to apply to products purchased using the gift voucher. 
  8. These gift voucher terms and conditions can be voided or subject to restrictions and change without prior notice. 
  9. All transactions, sales of goods, returns and refunds (and applicable consumer warranties in your country) on products purchased via DisneyStore.com.au and the use of the DisneyStore.com.au website shall be subject to the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use respectively, and these Promotion terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict between these terms, Disney Store’s decision on which terms prevail shall be final and conclusive.
  10. By using the gift voucher, you agree that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
  11. These terms and conditions are subject to the same governing laws as the Disney Store Terms of Sale. In the event of any dispute regarding the gift voucher, Disney Store shall investigate the matter and Disney Store’s decision on the matter following its investigation shall be final.
