Guests can enjoy four special offers on selected products on DisneyStore.com.au (“Disney Store”) during the Friends & Family Promotion (“Promotion”). Details of the promotions are set out below. 

Get 40% off select items from DisneyStore.com.au

Guests can enjoy 40% off select items on DisneyStore during the Friends & Family Promotion (“40% off Promotion”) subject to the terms and conditions below.

  1. Valid from 11th August 2025, 8am AEST or 10am NZST to 18th August 2025, 8am AEST or 10am NZST, or while stocks last (“Promotion Period”).
  2. Items which are subject to the 40% off Promotion are indicated on Disney Store through a tag on the product display page during the Promotion Period and the discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
  3. This 40% off Promotion can be enjoyed together with any applicable purchase with purchase or gift with purchase promotions in the same order.

Bundle of 5 select items from DisneyStore.com.au

  1. Guests can enjoy a bundle of 5 select products on Disney Store for a special promotional price during the Bundle of 5 Friends & Family Promotion ("Bundle of 5 Promotion"). Details of the promotions are set out below.
  2. To enjoy the Bundle of 5 Promotion, guests must add at least one set of five (5) Qualifying Products to their Bag. The Bundle of 5 Promotion will automatically apply at the My Bag page.
      - Australia: AUD$100 for 5 select items.
      - New Zealand: NZD$120 for 5 select items.
  3. Any additional Qualifying Products purchased beyond the sets of five (5) Qualifying Products will not be eligible for the Friends and Family Promotions. For example, if twelve (12) Qualifying Products are purchased, the Promotion will only apply to sets of five (5) (in this case, ten (10) Qualifying Products with the lowest prices and two (2) Qualifying Product with the highest price will not qualify for the Promotion).  
  4. Promotion is valid from 11th August 2025, 8am AEST or 10am NZST to 18th August 2025, 8am AEST or 10am NZST, or while stocks last (“Promotion Period”).  
  5. Items which are subject to the Bundle of 5 Promotion are indicated on Disney Store through a tag on the product display page during the Promotion Period and the discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

Purchase with Purchase Friends and Family Promotion Terms & Conditions

  1. Get selected products (“Promotion Product(s)”) at a lower price (“Promotion Price”) when you make any purchase on Disney Store above the following amounts ("Minimum Spend Amount”) for delivery only in the following regions: 
      - Australia: Promotion Discount of 50% off Promotion Product(s) when you spend above AU$115 
      - New Zealand: Promotion Discount of 50% off Promotion Product (s) when you spend above NZ$140  
  2. Valid from 11th August 2025, 8am AEST or 10am NZST to 18th August 2025, 8am AEST or 10am NZST, or while stocks last (“Promotion Period”).  
  3. In order to purchase the Promotion Product(s) at Promotion Price, guests must add one (1) or more products to their Bag, where the total value of the Bag prior to taxes and shipping meets the Minimum Spend Amount as set out above. Guests are only entitled to purchase one type of promotion Product per order, however guests may purchase multiples of the same type of Promotion Product (subject to availability).
  4. The Promotion Product does not contribute to the value of the Minimum Spend Amounts when purchased at full price.
  5. The qualifying Minimum Spend Amount is calculated based on a single sales transaction, including taxes, post any discount amounts and excludes shipping & handling charges, customs duties if applicable, gift cards or certificates, 3-D printed merchandise, personalization, gift wrap and gift boxes and items not in stock. 

Get A Free Gift Friends and Family Promotion Terms & Conditions 

  1. Get a free gift (“Promotion Product’) when you make any purchase above the following minimum spend amounts (“Free Gift Friends and Family Promotion”) on DisneyStore.com.au (“Disney Store”) during Friends and Family Promotion. *Subject to the terms and conditions below. The minimum spend amounts for each market (each referred to in these terms and conditions as “Minimum Spend Amount”) are set out below:  
      - Australia: AU$140 
      - New Zealand: NZ$170
  2. Valid from 11th August 2025, 8am AEST or 10am NZST  to 18th August 2025, 8am AEST or 10am NZST, or while stocks last (“Promotion Period”).  
  3. In order to qualify for the Free Gift Promotion, guests must add one (1) or more products till their shipping meets the Minimum Spend Amount ("Qualifying Bag").
  4. Purchases on Disney Store shall be governed by the standard Terms of Sale.
  5. The "Choose Your Free Gift" option will only be automatically displayed at “My Bag” page upon adding the Minimum Spend Amount or more worth of qualifying products to your Bag.
  6. This Free Gift Promotion is limited to one gift with purchase item per Qualifying Bag. Due to limited stock availability, the Promotion Product will only be added to Qualifying Bag(s) if supplies are available.
  7. The qualifying Minimum Spend Amount is calculated based on a single sales transaction, including taxes, post any discount amounts and excludes shipping & handling charges, customs duties if applicable, gift cards or certificates, 3-D printed merchandise, personalization, gift wrap and gift boxes and items not in stock.  
  8. Promotion Product(s) may not be exchanged unless otherwise stated in writing by Disney Store.
  9. If any of the products in the Qualifying Bag is returned, then the Promotion Product must also be returned.   

General Terms & Conditions applicable to all Friends and Family Promotions, including the 40% Off Promotion, Bundle of 5 Promotion, Purchase with Purchase Promotion and the Free Gift Promotion (together the “The Friends and Family Promotions”): 

  1. Items that have been purchased as part of the Friends and Family Promotions may not be returned, except if faulty, defective, damaged or incorrectly sent.
  2. The Friends and Family Promotions can be enjoyed together with any applicable purchase with purchase promotions in the same order.
  3. Unless otherwise expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions, the Friends and Family Promotions cannot be combined with any other promo codes, offers or discounts, except available shipping offers. Adjustments cannot be made and the Friends and Family Promotions cannot be applied to prior purchases. 
  4. The Friends and Family Promotions can be voided or subject to restrictions and change without prior notice. 
  5. All transactions, sales of goods, returns and refunds (and applicable consumer warranties in your country) on products purchased via DisneyStore.com.au and use of the DisneyStore.com.au website shall be subject to the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use respectively (and its applicable standard return policies) as set out on the www.DisneyStore.com.au website, and these Promotion terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use.  
  6. In the event of any conflict between these terms and the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use, Disney Store’s decision on which terms prevail shall be final and conclusive.
  7. Your participation in these promotions shows that you have read and agreed to, and that you accept, these Terms and Conditions.
  8. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the same governing laws as the Disney Store Terms of Sale.
