Spend & Save Promotion on www.DisneyStore.com.au 

Spend & Save General Terms & Conditions

Buy any item(s) with the “Spend & Save” Badge (“Qualifying Products”) from www.DisneyStore.com.au and save. (“Promotion”). Unless otherwise expressly provided, the following terms and conditions shall apply to the Promotion:

  1. Promotion will be valid for the following period (“Promotion Period”):
    1. Australia: 22nd February 2025, 8am AEDT until 27th February 2025, 8am AEDT
    2. New Zealand: 22nd February 2025, 10am NZDT until 27th February 2025, 10am NZDT
  2. Disney Store members are able to enjoy an early access to the Promotion during this time:
    1. Australia: 20th February 2025, 8am AEDT until 22nd February 2025, 8am AEDT
    2. New Zealand: 20th February 2025, 10am NZDT until 22nd February 2025, 10am NZDT
  3. Guests must add the Qualifying Products to the “My Bag” page to qualify for the Promotion. The Promotion will apply when guests spend the following minimum amounts in a single transaction and input the code “SAVE” at the “My Bag” page.
    1. Australia: Spend a minimum of AU$120 and receive AU$15 off 
    2. New Zealand: Spend a minimum of NZ$120 and receive NZ$15 off 
  4. Items that have been purchased as part of this Promotion may not be returned, except if faulty, defective, damaged or incorrectly sent.
  5. This Promotion can be enjoyed together with any purchase with purchase promotions in the same order.
  6. Unless otherwise expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions, this Promotion cannot be combined with any other promo codes, offers or discounts, except available shipping offers. Adjustments cannot be made and this Promotion cannot be applied to prior purchases.
  7. This Promotion can be voided or subject to restrictions and change without prior notice.
  8. All transactions, sales of goods, returns and refunds (and applicable consumer warranties in your country) on products purchased via DisneyStore.com.au and use of the DisneyStore.com.au website shall be subject to the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use respectively (and its applicable standard return policies) as set out on the www.DisneyStore.com.au website, and these Promotion terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use.
  9. In the event of any conflict between these terms and the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use, the Disney Store’s decision on which terms prevail shall be final and conclusive.
  10. Your participation in this Promotion shows that you have read and agreed to, and that you accept, these Terms and Conditions.
  11. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the same governing laws as the Disney Store Terms of Sale.
