Black Friday, Cyber Monday Promotion Terms & Conditions

Guests may enjoy a series of promotions during the Black Friday, Cyber Monday Promotion (“BFCM”) period. Details of the promotions are set out below.

Get 30% off on DisneyStore.com.au during BFCM Promotion

Guests can enjoy 30% off select items on DisneyStore.com.au (“Disney Store”) during the BFCM Promotion (“30% off BFCM”) subject to the terms and conditions below.

BFCM 30% off select items Promotion Terms and Conditions:

1. Valid from 8am AEDT / 10am NZDT on 24 November 2025 until 1159pm AEDT on 2 December 2025/ 0159am NZDT on 3 December 2025, or while stocks last (“Promotion Period”). 

2. Items which are subject to the 30% off BFCM sitewide promotion are indicated on Disney Store through a tag on the product display page during the Promotion Period and the discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

3. This 30% off BFCM promotion can be enjoyed together with any applicable spend and save or gift with purchase promotions in the same order.

Get an additional 20% off items on the “SaleOffers” page on DisneyStore.com.au during BFCM Promotion

Guests can enjoy an additional 20% off items on the “OffersSale” page on DisneyStore.com.au when purchasing selected markdown items from DisneyStore.com.au (“Disney Store”) during BFCM Promotion (“Extra 20% off BFCM”) *Subject to the terms and conditions below.

4. Valid from 8am AEDT / 10am NZDT on 24 November 2025 until 1159pm AEDT on 2 December 2025/ 0159am NZDT on 3 December 2025, or while stocks last (“Promotion Period”).

Disney+ subscribers can enjoy early access to the 
DisneyStore.com.au during BFCM Promotion  

Disney+ subscribers can enjoy early access to the BFCM promotion (“Disney+ Early Access”) on DisneyStore.com.au (“Disney Store”).

7. The 30% off BFCM, Extra 20% off Promotion, and Purchase with Purchase promotions will apply for the Disney+ Early Access. 

8. Valid from 8am AEDT / 10am NZDT on 21 November 2025 until 0759am AEDT / 0959am NZDT on 24 November 2025, or while stocks last (“Promotion Period”).

9. This Disney+ Early Access is only available to:  
    a. Eligible Disney+ subscribers who:
        i. Have a valid, current Disney+ account in the country where this Disney+ Early Access is being offered; and
       ii. Have opted in to receiving marketing/promotional emails from Disney+. 

10. Subscribers who have not opted-in or who have joined after the start of the D+ Early Access promotion may reach out to Disney+ guest services to request access to the D+ Early Access promotion. 

11. To enjoy this D+ Early Access during the Promotion Period, eligible Disney+ subscribers will need to log in to their Disney Store accounts. 

Spend and Save BFCM Promotion

Choose your spend and save product (“Promotion Product(s)”) for a lower price (“Promotion Price”) when you make any purchase on www.DisneyStore.com.au ("Disney Store”) above the following amounts ("Minimum Spend Amount”) for delivery only in the following regions:

  • Australia: Promotion Discount of 50% off when you spend above AU$110 

  • New Zealand: Promotion Discount of 50% off when you spend above NZ$110

12. Valid from 8am AEDT / 10am NZDT on 24 November 2025 until 1159pm AEDT on 2 December 2025/ 0159am NZDT on 3 December 2025, or while stocks last (“Promotion Period”).

13. Guests must add one (1) Qualifying Products to their Bag (where the total value of the checkout bag prior to taxes and shipping meets the Minimum Spend Amount as set out for each territory above) before checkout to secure the purchase of the Promotion Product at the Promotion Price.

14. The Promotion Product does not contribute to the value of the Minimum Spend Amounts when purchased at full price.

15. The qualifying Minimum Spend Amount is calculated based on a single sales transaction, including taxes, post any discount amounts and excludes shipping & handling charges, customs duties if applicable, gift cards or certificates, 3-D printed merchandise, personalization, gift wrap and gift boxes and items not in stock.

Choose Your Free Gift BFCM Promotion

Choose your free gift (“Promotion Product’) when you make purchases above the following minimum spend amounts (“Free Gift BFCM Promotion”) on DisneyStore.com.au (“Disney Store”) during BFCM. *Subject to the terms and conditions below. The minimum spend amounts for each market (each referred to in these terms and conditions as “Minimum Spend Amount”) are set out below:

  • Australia: AU$140 

  • New Zealand: NZ$140 

16. Valid from 8am AEDT / 10am NZDT on 28 November 2025 1159pm AEDT on 2 December 2025/ 0159am NZDT on 3 December 2025, or while stocks last (“Promotion Period”).

17. The Free Gift BFCM Promotion applies to any products purchased on Disney Store (ie. select, in-stock merchandise items on orders placed online on Disney Store – not valid on purchases made at Disney Parks and Resorts locations) which meets the Minimum Spend Amount (“Qualifying Bag”).

18. The “Choose Your Free gift” option will only be automatically displayed at “My Bag” page upon adding the Minimum Spend Amount or more worth of qualifying products (ie. select, in-stock merchandise items on orders placed online on Disney Store – not valid on purchases made at Disney Parks and Resorts locations) to your Bag.

19. This Free Gift BFCM Promotion is limited to one gift with purchase item per Qualifying Bag. Due to limited stock availability, the Promotion Product will only be added to Qualifying Bag(s) if supplies are available.

20. The qualifying Minimum Spend Amount is calculated based on a single sales transaction, including taxes, post any discount amounts and excludes shipping & handling charges, customs duties if applicable, gift cards or certificates, 3-D printed merchandise, personalization, gift wrap and gift boxes and items not in stock.

21. Promotion Product(s) may not be exchanged unless otherwise stated in writing by Disney Store. 

22. If any of the products in the Qualifying Bag is returned, then the Promotion Product must also be returned

General Terms & Conditions applicable to all BFCM Promotions, including the 30% Off BFCM Promotion, Extra 20% Promotion, Spend and Save Promotion and the Free Gift BFCM Promotion (together the “The BFCM Promotions”):

23. The BFCM Promotions only apply to purchases of select, in-stock merchandise on www.Disneystore.com.au during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Products”). The Qualifying Products for The BFCM Promotions (except the Free Gift BFCM Promotion)  shall be indicated as being on offer through a tag on the item; and the list of products which shall be excluded from the list of Qualifying Products (“Excluded Products”) is set out in the exhibit to these terms and conditions..

24. Unless otherwise made available on the site or expressly stated in these or other terms and conditions, The BFCM Promotions cannot be combined with any other promo codes, offers or discounts, except available shipping offers. Adjustments cannot be made and The BFCM Promotions cannot be applied to prior purchases.

25. The above promotions can be voided or subject to restrictions and change without prior notice.

26. All items purchased under these promotions are not eligible for returns and refunds shall not be made to guests unless the items are damaged, defective or are incorrect items (ie. no returns permitted for “change of mind”).

27. Except where otherwise expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, all transactions, sales of goods, returns and refunds (and applicable consumer warranties in your country) on products purchased via DisneyStore.com.au and use of the DisneyStore.com.au website shall be subject to the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use respectively as set out on the www.DisneyStore.com.au website, and The BFCM Promotion terms and conditions are in addition to the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use.

28. In the event of any conflict between these terms and the Terms of Sale and Terms of Use, DisneyStore’s decision on which terms prevail shall be final and conclusive.

29. Your participation in these promotions shows that you have read and agreed to, and that you accept, these Terms and Conditions.

30. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the same governing laws as the Disney Store Terms of Sale.
