Choose Your Free Gift Promotion Terms & Conditions

hoose your free gift ("Promotion Product") when you make purchases above the following minimum spend amounts (“Promotion”) under the Free Gift Promotion on DisneyStore.com.au ("Disney Store"). Subject to the terms and conditions below. 

Customers who meet the Tier 1 Minimum Spend Amount may select one (1) Promotion Product from the Tier 1 gift assortment. Customers who meet the Tier 2 Minimum Spend Amount may select one (1) Promotion Product from the Tier 1 or Tier 2 gift assortment, subject to availability. 

The minimum spend amounts for each market (each referred to in these terms and conditions as a "Minimum Spend Amount") are set out below:

Promotion Restrictions:

1. Valid from 8am (8am AEST/ 10am NZST) on 19 Jun 2026 until 8am (8am AEST/ 10am NZST) on 30 Sep 2026, or while stocks last ("Promotion Period"). 

2. The Free Gift Promotion applies to any products purchased on Disney Store (i.e. select, in-stock merchandise items on orders placed online on Disney Store – not valid on purchases made at Disney Parks and Resorts locations) which meet the applicable Tier 1 Minimum Spend Amount or Tier 2 Minimum Spend Amount ("Qualifying Bag"). 

3. Purchases on Disney Store shall be governed by the standard Terms of Sale. 

4. The "Choose Your Free Gift" option will only be automatically displayed at the My Bag page upon adding the applicable Tier 1 Minimum Spend Amount or Tier 2 Minimum Spend Amount worth of qualifying products (i.e. select, in-stock merchandise items on orders placed online on Disney Store – not valid on purchases made at Disney Parks and Resorts locations) to your Bag. 

5. Customers whose Qualifying Bag meets the Tier 1 Minimum Spend Amount may select one (1) Promotion Product from the Tier 1 gift assortment. Customers whose Qualifying Bag meets the Tier 2 Minimum Spend Amount may select one (1) Promotion Product from either the Tier 1 or Tier 2 gift assortment. 

6. This Free Gift Promotion is limited to one (1) gift with purchase item per Qualifying Bag. Due to limited stock availability, the Promotion Product will only be added to Qualifying Bag(s) if supplies are available. 

7. The qualifying Minimum Spend Amount is calculated based on a single sales transaction, including taxes, post any discount amounts and excludes shipping & handling charges, customs duties if applicable, gift cards or certificates, 3-D printed merchandise, personalization, gift wrap and gift boxes and items not in stock. 

8. Promotion Product(s) may not be exchanged unless otherwise stated in writing by Disney Store. 

9. If any of the products in the Qualifying Bag is returned, then the Promotion Product must also be returned. 

10. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or discount, except available shipping offers and purchase with purchase offers. Adjustments cannot be made and this promotion cannot be applied to prior purchases. 

11. Returns shall be subject to our standard returns policy and no refunds shall be given on the return of the free Promotion Product. 

12. Notwithstanding the above, if any items from the bag making up the Minimum Spend Amount are returned due to change of mind (this excludes returns where the item is faulty, defective or damaged) resulting in the total order amount for that bag to fall below the Minimum Spend Amount, the Promotion Product will also have to be returned. 

13. This Promotion can be voided or subject to restrictions and change without prior notice. 

14. Your participation in this Promotion shows that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to the same governing laws as the Disney Store Terms of Sale.
